cannot update to ICS

Hi all,

I checked with IS No. of my xperia Neo and it's listed that the update is available. When i try to update via u[date center, it says that the mobile has the last software. Using PC companion (updated from the website) i found the update for my phone, but an error massage appears later (

unablle to install or start phone software update components.) Then (The Update of software failed...)

How can i update the software to ISC?

I've got the same problem.No matter what I use PC companion or SE update service it doesnt work.And also there was update available but now it says that phone has the latest software update.But when I connect it to PC companion it says update available.

after several atempts without success, i reinstalled the windows (XP), then i installed Sony Update Service (http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/update-service/), without installing Antivirus. Finally i could update the software to ICS
