Can anyone help - I am tring to update my sony ecricsson arc s phone as per the instructions on the pc companion but everytime I start this the phone turns itself off!!!!!
really annoying - can anyone help please.

At what stage in the process does the phone turns itself off?
Please give a detailed run-down of what happened.
I suggest using the Update Service to perform this task if you are having issues with the PC Companion software.
