cannot send text messages

i cannot send text messages but i can receive...can you please help me

What happens when you try to send the sms? do you get an error message?

yes i get the message"it cannot be sent"...first of all i checked if it possible to send text messages by another phone and i can send. ...then I spoke with my telephone company to check if i is problem by them but they told me that everything is fine.....i have updated the program...i have made a reboot...but nothing...still it is impossible to send sms

i hav a query regarding the followin issue......i can't send messages from xperia mini....exactly saying is the messages r nt reaching the other person...but i can send others and dey r reaching except few
