I am unable to see 100ANDRO under SD card > DCIM when connected through PC.
However, the same folder is visible on the phone using File Commander or Album / Gallery software.
I am connected through MTP mode (PTP does not show it either and External USB storage is useless as it does not even recognise the mobile in that mode)
