Hi.
I figured that option to save in Google account vanishes when some apps, such as WatsUp or my mobile provider app input some add to contacts. I reset to factory settings, and start one up after another, before I see the light. Please solve this issue

I still have this major issue. All new contacts are saved to local database, hence no backup if failed. This is after the andrpid update. Sony needs to address this issue asap.

Hi Syrios, Your workaround is working. But now I have to transfer all local contacts to google regularly. Hope Sony will fix it in next release.

problem solved
you can save contacts in ur gmail account by removing 2nd sim card.
it works only in one sim card,, jus remove ur sim nd restart your phone save any no. you will get option for saving your contact.
