Cannot receive software update

I can't receive the latest walkman app update(8.3.A.0.5) from the update center,

I'm sure that the update has been released in my region and carrier since my friend has received the update on his Z2 about 2 weeks ago.

I've even done the software repair on PCC, and still not receive the update..., 

Now all my media app from Sony (Album, Walkman, Moives) have been reset to the old version....

Please help me!!

btw, my Z2 tablet has recieved a sketch app update which brings "cloud backup" and "pinch to zoom" features,

but both me and my friend haven't received the sketch app update on Z2, is it haven't launched on the Z2 phone yet?

Had the same problem with Z1 which was then replaced by a new handset. My Z2 does not receive Movie app update but when i try to launch Music Unlimited app it says i need to update Movie app, but it does not appear in update centre. Has this got anything to do with audio issue i have been having (poor sound quality with headset, sometimes it outputs sound both from headset and external speakers simultaneously). I am becoming desperate here and will try returning if not resolved soon.
