Cannot play video

My phone cannot play a video from Album, only from Video, do you know why?

The sound in the recorded video is very bad.

Try to clear your video app and album app data.

1. Tap the Application screen icon.
2. Find and tap Settings > Apps.
3. Swipe to the All tab.
4. Find and tap on the video app.
5. Tap Force stop > Clear data.
6. Repeat for the album app.
7. Restart the phone

If @Phy's suggestion doesn't help, try it in safe mode.

Thank you. Deleted the data from album app and now i can play a video from album app.

But the sound in the recorded video is still wery bad, and always was the same since i have the phone (1,5 year)

Not yet.

A video recorded with other phones and played with my T2Ultra (the sound) is OK, only what I recorded with my phone T2 Ultra is bad. Always was the same since I have the phone.
