Cannot install a flash player

Hi

Both my Z1 and my wife's Xperia SP, which are software up to date, won't play video which need adobe flash, and I cannot find the correct version (if there is one) to allow this.

Is there a fix so I can play some video files such as those found on the BBC news website?

Android does not support flash player starting with 4.1 JB.You can install the last version of adobe flash player,but it will work bad on websites.

Thanks for your time. You were more helpful than EE, where I got the phone, and who just told me to try calling Sony, as the workings of apps is nil to do with them .... It seems then that there isn't a solution.

All I know is that my Z1 phone can't player files that need Adobe flash.

No,there are websites which allow HTML5 video play.But flash player is no more supported.
