When I connect my phone to my computer, my computer can sense it properly. However, when I click on the option 'import images' the message 'no new images found' is displayed despite my having taken pictures. I used to be able to import pictures no problem. I am not sure what I have done differently. My phone and sony pc companion are all up to date.
