Cannot hear anything during calls

Hi , 

I cannot hear anything when I make calls or receive calls. During the call I should open the speaker or use headphones to hear the calls.

See if slow talk and microphone noise suppression are enabled.

I have the same problem, and it continues even in safe mode ;-(
