cannot get phone to update

I am having issues updating my phone with the latest update requiring a computer. everything is fine until the ridiculous step of 'preparing The phone to update'. by turning it if and holding down the power and volume down buttonsx I have tried countless times, but it just won't update. It is seriously giving me the s**ts.

Why are you pressing Power & volume down? 

Install SUS/PCC > restart your PC > run SUS/PCC > follow the steps 

Turn off your phone > press and hold VOLUME DOWN > then connect the USB cable > do NOT release the volume key > wait > wait

Lucky that ur phone itself is refusing to update.

My phone stopped working once it upgraded to Build 10.3.1.A.2.67. There was no network once i updated.

Had to give it to the service center. And am yet to get a replacement. 15 Days now without a phone. Their service is sad.

Who would have imagined that their update would kill my phone.
