cannot fix the modem on my z3+

Sorry for repeating someone's topic but I have the same problem and cannotfix it.
I've a problem when i try to use my Xperia z3+ dual as a modem. I tried to do this id different configuration: Xperia + HP laptop (Win 8.1 and Win 10), Xperia + Lenovo laptop (Win 7), Xperia + Android smartphone. In the first case i tried wifi connection, usb connection and Blue Tooth connection. The result was always the same - all the devices mentioned detected the network and connected to the network but either without internet access (can be seen in network properties) or sometimes with internet access followed by DNS error message in IE browser.

The mobile internet connection of Xperia itself was fast enough and stable. I also haven't problems in reverse direction (internet from laptop to Xperia).

any firewall present on your computers? also does your carrier/network allow you to tether your data? some (carriers/networks) require an extra fee.

No any firewall. On galaxy s4 same sim card was working OK and modem works without any problems. But on z3+ when start wifi modem all devices connects but don't have access road internet

Is the Z3+ locked to a carrier/network branded?

No its free for all carriers.

Test on safe mode

also remove any password on the hotspot

I have tried just now but no any improvements. As I understand all devices connects to network but they don't have pocket exchange with my z3+

Could you try if another device can connect other than the computers?

I have also changed position of the sim card from second to the first position. Also no changes

I am trying on my laptop, Samsung Galaxy s4 and Sony m5. All same. No pocket exchange
