Cannot delete pictures

SO I moved a few pictures from my bluetooth folder using the astro file manager. However, the photos now appear in both the new and bluetooth folders. Amd when I try to delete them from the bluetooth folder, the delete option is not there. And neither are the pictures when I access the folder using a file manager but it is still there when I go into the gallery. Help!?

Pictures are already deleted from bluetooth folder. Clear data and cache for "Album" application and restart your phone

Dont know about the issue but yes it will stay in gallery as long as it is in the phone wheter old new or bluetooth folder
