Good day Sir/mam. i updated the software of my xperia e to 11.3.A.2.23 few days ago.. After updating,I noticed that there were three apps automatically installed. These were Neo Reader, Track Id and the other one which I forgot the name. I was able to surf the net, download from google play and check the news feed and status in facebook after updating to 11.3.A.2.23. I think I don't need the three apps that were automatically installed on xperia e so I decided to uninstall them. After uninstalling the three apps, I can still connect to a Wi-fi network. But i cannot browse the web and download from google play(app icons are not appearing). Error in news feed appear on my facebook account and I cannot also see the updated status of my friends and Liked fb pages. What should I do to fix these problems? Please help.. Thank you

how did you uninstalled them? is your phone rooted?

just try this

settings > Xperia > internet Settings

I went to settings>apps. Then I cleared the data of the app and clicked uninstall. my phone is not rooted. Thanks
