Cannot Connect Smart Wireless Headset Pro to PS Vita

Hi,

I am having problem with connecting the Smart Wireless Headset Pro to the PS Vita.

It paired fine, but the moment it connect to the PS Vita it imediately get disconnected.

Is there a fix for this?

Btw the old MW600 works fine on the PS Vita.

Yes, i have no problem connecting it and using it with my galaxy note.

I have successfully connect to my Galaxy Note & IPad 2 without any trouble.

Even Single connection doesn't work on the PS Vita, it keep on disconnecting the moment it got connected.

A bit strange that they do not work together since it's clearly working with other devices.

The difference between these two headsets I can think of is that MW600 uses Bluetooth 2.1 while Smart Wireless Headset Pro uses Bluetooth 3.0. I'm not sure if that should be a problem though.

We are planning to release a new update for Smart Wireless Headset Pro. Not sure when exactly it will be available but it will hopefully not be too far away and will hopefully fix this compatibility issue. It will be available through Update Service.

I see, i do hope the new upcoming update will fix this issue.

btw will i get an update notification on my phone when the update is available? or do i have to search and download it manually from the Play Store?

You will need Update Service to get this update I think:

Having the same problem. I have done the latest update to smart pro wireless headset by update service software but still got the same problem it will not connect.

Same issue with my PS3 ,  tried to connect but faild.

Any ideas!

Hi,

I have the same problem with the connection between the PS3 and to the handset. Are paired but not connected (the handset software is updated to latest version and also the PS3).

A solution soon please.

I bought the Smart wireless headset pro just 2 days ago, updated and running software ver:0.1.C.0.3

I have no prablem using with my Galaxy S3, tried with my PC and Tablets, ALL working.

But with PS Vita(running newest software, with Email etc), it pairs okay, then keep disconnecting..

This thread is ~3mth old, still not solved?

Or i missed anything?
