CANNOT CHARGE

Hi There, my handphone currently cannot charge in power adaptor 🔌...

Only can charge at 💻 desktop USB cable of sony and I try with my friend charger also same....it's same issue and I check the charger can charge other phones......and also my Sony Z2 cannot power off 📴 unless battery finish.....it's happen to my another friend too his handphone hang and no charge too and heat 🔥 always.....I'm suspect it's software issue because I'm already reset the phone twice it's still the same....I'm buy this phone at malaysia RM2399....it's too expensive but the quality is too bad......and also my friend send his phone to repair to customers service centre.....it's Still haven't receive back.....please check focus on customer satisfaction.....it's too bad to know most of complaints by time to time that I'm review here.... And my time waste and on this to write to you too

It will be wise to re-install the latest software with SUS or PCC
