Cannot access WIFI access point

I installed a wireless access point (Sitecom N300 WLX-2005)

In de WIFI-menu the Z3 finds that access point,

but he cannot connect to it.

He always tries to find an IP-address but he doesn't succeed.

What goes wrong ?

try to connect while you are in safe mode

try to restart both devices ,

check the compatibility of both devices
