Cannot access PS Store on Xperia S

i I am having  accessing the PlayStation store on my xperia , running ics 4.0.4. I keep getting the error code 8008103E,  tried reinstalling the app but no luck. Anyone experiencing the same thing or got any solutions? Thanks

I will be fix By factory data reset...

Back up first..

Go to settings then go to privacy and then select factory data restore...
