can't use tethering

Hi.

This is my problem: I can´t use the Tethering functions on my laptop. I've tried using USB Tethering and Wifi Zone, but my notebook shows "no internet acces". The acces point is configured correctly, I can use the phone browser y access Google Play and other apps (facebook, twitter) without problems.

I did a factory reset, but the problem persists.

Can someone help me?

does your network allow you to tether your data plan? some networks block this unless you pay extra
