Can't update to ICS, Xperia S: Ping Failed

[#1]

While updating my Xperia S to ICS and after waiting for 10 mins at least, an alert is displayed about the fact that the server is overloaded and the update process is interrupted.

Below is the trace of the update took from PC Companion Info. Seems like it is trying to access a web service on a web server with no reply
