My Xperia S, Android OS does not update. I have version 2.3.7 My operator can not and says.Contac to Sony Center, Sony Center says, Contact Operator.
The phone is high end, and I feel bad not being able actualizar.Others phone brands with Chinese even more economical version are upgraded to Android 4.
I ask:
Sony really release version 4 for Xperia S Lt26i?
thanks

Definitely NOT? Android's fault or Sony?

Thanks buddy, you can not, I try. Sad one HIGH END phone, and can not be updated, but it looks like a scam, it hurts
You could always manually update using Flashtools, For this you do not need an unlocked Bootloader

A good guide with download links to software is here http://www.xperiablog.net/2013/05/30/install-jelly-bean-to-your-xperia-s-using-flashtool-tutorial/
Again, because you can not upgrade? I need a technical explanation, I have the right to understand why?
Claro in Guatemala, is responsible? or Sony?
It's not Sony's fault - The firmware gets released to the operators and its up to the operators to authorize it's release for that country or network operator
