can't transfer files to SDcard

when I try to transfer data to SD card, I get error transfer interrupted. what can I do?

What are you trying to transfer?If apps and you are not rooted,that is not possible.

I tried both with PC and with the phone

Before I reset the phone for the second time I wanted to move media to SD card but got the same error and also it said check files that was moved already. I didn't care and did a factory reset and most of my pics were there when I inserted the card again. After reset new pics were on internal storage, after reading your post I tried to move them via storage menu in settings and they have been moved successfully now.

Do you hide media from players?

It is good to use the storage option,but you can do it via a file explorer or a PC.It should work for media.

Is your micro SD working fine?Did you try with another?

I tryed another sd card and it worked,  

Is my sd card damaged? it is new 

my micro sd card is sandisc 16 gb class 10
