can't set lockscreen wallpaper!

As can be seen form the pictures,customised lockscreen wallpaper cannot be set.

I've tried reset all the user data and re-installed the official firmware 10.1.A.1.434,but it still can't work!

please help me!

you need to reformat the picture before you can recrop to full size of the screen, plus i would use standard JPG format

download photo editor, subsequently, in the settings menu, go to resize and then manual resize, untick aspect ratio and resize to 1080 x 1920 pixels, save pic and go into the android lock screen menu, move the blue winodw left up and drag from the bottom-righthand corner down to cover the whole screen

but note if you post your screenshot in chines yr chances of getting help from the international community are slim

my photos are all jpg format.

i don't know what the h**l is with the firmware,maybe it has this bug intrinsically.

hope Sony can fix this in 4.2
