Can't send SMS

For the past few weeks i ve been encountering a strange malfuction.When i try to send an sms it fails and i dont know why. On the other hand i am able to receive sms' from every one.I dont know if it s me changing some settings accidentally. The signal isnt a problem because it s usually high.Please contact me as soon as possible.Thanks

Check if you have messed up with message centre settings. Messages--Settings--Sim centre number. Otherwise this problem can be best helped by your network's customer care.

Also check if you have installed any third party apps like anti-viruses or call confirmation apps that can be set to block outgoing messages and calls. Such apps may not always give you notifications while carrying out such blocks.
