can't root after update..

I have updated my Xperia e to latest firmware..
n I found that I can't root it by framaroot.apk... what do I do?????

I was managing applications in app manager, where I accidentally cleared data of 1)customizedsettings.apk and 2)customisationprovider.apk
and rebooted my phone..
after rebooting I found that I can't change theme n wallpaper.. it says unfortunately Xperia home stopped.. n I can't even change whatsapp wallpaper.. also play store can't install Apps..
I tried factory reset but it isn't working...
help friends it's Xperia E...

I'm a bit confused, do you have root access or not? just repair your phone with SUS or PCC

Before update I had root access... Bt after update can't root it.. Right now I don't have root access...

When I had uprooted my phone my internal memory was full so headed to App management n start clearing app data... Then I also cleared data of above mentioned Apps.. Then I reboot my phone n found above problems..

Not the root access but it could solve the other issue

I had  the same problem ,so i installed Flashtools (not the one  from Sony ) and then i got the firmware for Xperia E  model C1505 Unbranded.nd put it on my phone..And it is woring  like new 

In the flashtools itself  you can unlock bootloader very easy All you doo is enter the code  you got from sony  

And you do not even have to root phone because it is already rooted  firmware    

Just get the app root checker and try it   

Any problems let me know pleaseAnd after i did that i locked bootloader so i can get  updates  from sony if i want them
