Hi people!

Seeking for help here.

My phone (Xperia S) suddenly turned off and can't switch it on. Battery was nearly 95%.

Tried a few ways to turn it on but failed :

1. Holding power button for a few seconds -

2. Connecting to PC (No connected icon shown on 2 different computers installed with Sony PC Companion)

3. Restarting (Holding Power button + Volume Up for a few seconds)

4. Kept it on charge again

None of these worked! Got some really important contacts on the phone don't wanna lose them.

Please suggest if there's a way I'd get my phone + contacts back as it is.

I do not think you will be able to save anything,I will suggest a repair via sony update service:

Before repairing,force shut down(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates 3 times).

Hey, thanks for your reply, but this repair/service update isn't working either.

I guess I'd better take it to Sony service centre.
