Can't operate during call.

This is happening after I updated to 4.3. I cannot touch any option (whether in settings or any conversation etc.) while I'm on a call and now this has started to annoy me.
After the update, the performance has also degraded. It runs slow and mostly, different applications freeze. Sometimes, the lock button doesn't unlock the phone. Please help me out.

Do you use apps like battery saver task killer or else?

To be more specific, the back button and keyboard don't work during call.

I tried using safe mode and this problem didn't occur. I now understand that there's any third party application involved but is there a way to find out which? Because I don't have useless apps installed but only social ones like whatsapp, instagram etc.

search for app that act like limiter or device admin

avast mobile security..that must be it

hang out and moxier are preloaded apps...

moxier is for finding your phone orr delet all thing inside in case you lost it

I think it is either the antivirus or the app lock.
