My M4 is notifiying me about low internal memory. It suggests to move the usual items to the external SD. This works for everything but the apps.
I detects 20 apps to be moved, works for a while and then tells me "20 of 20 apps could not be moved".
If I use the internal system app manager and klick on "move to SD Card", it works for a while but then cancels with an "Could not be moved. Not enough memory"-error.
I've formatted the SD card - it's completely empty and has 16GB of free space.
What's wrong with my phone?

Same here - using the system app manager (Settings/Apps) doesn't allow batch moves as far as I know.
This is when I get the "Insufficient memory" error.
Hi @MarcWinter,
If you clear some space first by deleting some unwanted apps or clearing the cached data, will it work then?

Internal Memory is shown with about 350MB free, SD-Card (of about15,5GB free).
I removed a 38MB-App, but it didn't change anything.
@MarcWinter To me it looks like there isn't enough internal memory. You can read here for more information on how much free memory there must be on a device in internal:

Also, you should know that apps moved to external memory are not entirely moved, with most of their data still being stored in internal:
