Can't make phone calls on LTE

I have a Z5 Compact E5823 and I have T-Mobile USA. I cannot make phone calls on the LTE Network. Specifically, I can make calls but boots me Off LTE and down to 3G. When ionly have LTE no calls whatsoever not even emergency calls. Any fixes fort this?

could you test it on safe mode ? Also, how old is your SIM card?

No. Didn't work. Sin card is new as well

Ok, I misunderstood your question, you are trying to make calls on LTE not that calls aren't working. This is something T-mobile has to implement.

I called them, they said that the phone isn't a tmobile... No duh, so now I can't use VoLTE. I think that's ridiculous. is there a firmware anyone knows that I can load on my Z5?

There is but it won't work with T-mobile.

What carrier? I wouldn't mind changing, if tmobile won't support OEM I'd happily leave them.

it seems to be a UK carrier, other users have posted regarding that.
