Can't make calls - help needed

Hi everybody,

can you help me?

I have a brand new tip dual. When I make several calls one after another the telephone function is blocked and no more calls are possible. The data connection still works; it's just the telephone function that is out of order.  I already restarted the smartphone several times and resetted it. There is no regularity - sometimes it works four or five calls, sometimes the problem occurs after two calls.

Any ideas? - Thank you!

No - at least there is no error message at the beginning,. All the sign on the screen are ok - it just no connection. I tried several calls today and there is no regularity, but after some attempts to make a call there is a an error message "No network connected" although there is still data traffic. So I still can use What's App or Opera. After 20 min. the network is back and I can make one or two more calls again. It happend from the very beginning.
