Can't find the update

I'm in the UK. I had reset my phone as I read somewhere that it might solve the WiFi range issue (it didn't) and now I can't see any updates at the update centre. I remember soon after getting the phone, I got an update to 4.2 or something, but now I'm on 4.1.2 and my phone is showing there're no updates. I thought I can update to 4.3 now? I installed using Update Centre and looked for updates using PC companion but they all say no updates available. What do I do?? Please help!

I think updat is not released in UK...how ever try Sony update center...see how it goes

What network are you on I'm on o2 and the update still hasn't arrived I'm so angry I've been waiting for ages

It depends on country and or carrier

Indeed if the phone is or was network branded/locked to a carrier it will be up to them, the carrier to approve and release the update

I'm on T mobile~ but I don't understand why I can't even find the previous update that I had. Or is 4.1.2 after that first update? I thought the first update updated to 4.2?

Sp never get 4.2..it jump from 4.1.2 to 4.3.

Ooh right...I was so sure that I had an update soon after I bought it..... Oh well. Must have been something different then...
