Can't exit safe mode

I am unable to disable safe mode in my xperia m even after restarting my phone continuously.

if that doesn't work then it might be a hardware issue, Contact your local Xperia Care

I suspect that something is pressing on the phones volume button or that there's something wrong with the volume button on your phone. Remove the battery cover and make sure that there's no dirt or similar between the buttons on the cover and the phone.
