Can't Download Apps or Update Apps code 403

I got my z1 today and i done all as told by the phone and im logged in on my gmail account but cant use google play, everytime i try download or update i get the wrong code 403, and i have tried everything by clearing catche, relog account, creating a million other gmail accounts i tried both wifi and 4g. Plz help

This seems to be a Google problem Android Central have been reporting it http://www.androidcentral.com/getting-403-errors-play-store-youre-not-alone

Yeah,not everyone has problems.But the issue has been fixed for some.
