i cannot disable the safe mode of my z1 compact , ive tried to reboot it turn it on and off still safe mode is active, i try to reset it still the safe mode on the bottom screen is still there how can i disable it?? thanks

Does the volume down key feels normal or is it stuck in a pressed mode? Because when pressing and holding the volume down button during start up will make the phone start up in safe mode.

You could try to press and hold the power button and volume up at the same time until the phone vibrates to see if you are able to start it up normally afterwards.

actually i cant use the vulome down, only the volume up is responsive, i try to turn it off by pressing the power button and the volume up then it vibrates three times and turn off, then i satrt it up by pressing only the power button but still it is on the safe mode, i tried to turn it off and start it up just like what you said by pressing power button and volume up but it wont start up only pressing the power button can start it. how can i fix this? is this about the malfunctioning of the volume down key? can i take my phone to repair shops so they can root it into normal mode?
