I recently broke my screen and it doesn't respond to touch. I now control my phone with a mouse, and to send it for repair I need to remove my pattern lock. The "None" option is grayed out and says: "Disabled by administrator, encryption policy, or credential storage"
I've tried clearing credentials, so perhaps it's because of me controlling with a mouse. How can I disable it?
