can't detact simcard

hello, i just buying my smartphone yesterday.

and when i reach at home my smartphone can't detact my sim card.

i already tried to insert other simcard into the smart phone but not successful 

please advise about this.

If your phone is brand-new probably there is a hardware issue (faulty motherboard/sim slot)

Go back to reseller and ask if possible DOA replacement
