Sorry I didn’t see this post when I responded to your other one. Regarding this one, its a bit tricky as when you extract these files they will almost always come out in a format not really usable by most mobile devices as the backup file is intended to be imported back to the same model/operating system. I can only advise using winrar to extract the files and see what you can do with them.
