Can't access phone after reset

so, just been in a taxi on my way home using my phone when it died came in put it on charge and when it turned on it asked for my password so ive put it in and its loaded the phone up. then ive tried to unlock my phone to make a call and it said id entered an incorrect password. kept trying and trying to no avail. logged into my xperia and reset the full phone and now it wont let me reset the phone using the email address i previously had!! anyone ever experienced this that can help

I am sorry to hear about your situation.

The phone will need to email address and password from the Google account that was set up in the phone prior to the reset. Has your Google password been changed recently?
