Can't access internal memory

I would need to access the internal memory, but can not access it with a USB cable. I can only find the SD card in the file manager. I've also tried to install the Sony PC Companion, but it also can not find the internal memory.

Try to change the phone to MTP mode in settings.

Download myphone explorer,see if it can see your internal memory.If not helping,repair via sony update service:
