Can't access Google Play

my google play is not working....never open...never connect through the internet connection....always show the.connection error...while other application running on same internet connection

open chrome or a browser 

go to: play.google.com > sign in > does it work? 

also try this, settings > apps > all > play store > clear everything > restart your phone

Goto settings >> Apps >> Google Play store >> Clear cache

And then restart your phone

Now connect your mobile to a wifi network and try.

It will work for sure.

If not, try installing this apk of the play store...

Restart mobile and everything works fine.
