Hello, i know that the there is a fingerprint scanner on the side in place of the power button, just to wonder if i replace the z5 power button or the fingerprint scanner flex cable itself for some reasons, can i still use the function as usual? Since it is reported that iphone 6 touch ID not working after the screen replacement, and will it be the same to z5? Any idea please?

Are you going to get it replaced by your local Xperia care or would you replace ir yourself? If the later, there's no guarantee that it'll work
