Can I install Thirparty softwares in my SE MixWalkman Wt13i phone?

Yes you can.You can download Java apps & games from websites such as Getjar.com and PlayNow SE.

Thanks, But do I have to download the software directly from Phone browser?

I have tried to transfer downloaded software from PC to mobile via USB but never able to find out the files in phone.

This might be because your phone lacks a file manager, so I suggest you download directly from the phone's browser: try this from Getjar.com and let me know if this works out.

No hope......this phone is really a waste of money.....Getjar.com can not recognize my phone....I have tried all the options/type there but none of the file type supported by the phone.

I have updated the mobile last night.....and tested getjar.com after that.

So I assume you still can't install apps from Getjar.According to your phone's manual, you should be able to download Java apps/games from the SE PlayNow website, so have you tried doing this directly from the phone's internet browser?

At last I able to download software and installed software like Opera, UC Browser etc. I have opened wap.sonyericsson.com but havent able to download any apps from there!!

Although downloaded many softwares games mobile9.com but most of them didnt worked at all.

Few problems:

After downloading if you dont isntall it right away you cant install it after, becasue You wont be able to find the downloaded file since there is no File Manager.

It will only detect JAR files but still every application will not work surely.

It seems that your phone has certain limitations with regard to which Java apps/games will work on it.Still, it's good to know that at least some of them work.Not having a file manager is another limitation which doesn't help your cause, but you could perhaps try to download a  Java file manager application from Getjar or elsewhere.
