Can i delete .semc fullbackup?

Hey ,

Recently i was seeking what consumed my internal Storage to pack up even when there are no songs, much apps , so i found out .semc fullbackup was consuming 940 mb of my internal storage . As i dont know what is it ? Can you tell me what is it ? and Can i delete it ?

This folder contains backups you've made using the app call Backup & restore. If you don't need the backups you can delete the folder.
