can attach note to mms

can any body help me .. i have expira arc  s and m trying to send mms and need to attach a note to my msg but couldn't do my old phone >>>????

Hi, it is similar to sending sms .... launch Messaging app>New message, add receipient, tap on the 'Add attachment' icon (on the right of the 'Write message') to add picture, then write your message and finally tap Send.
