CAN ANYONE HELP ABOUT UPGRADE?

First of all thanks to SONY for creating Xperia series.I was upgrading my neo v to android 4.0 with pc companion program.In the middle of upgrading the pc companion suddenly crashed.And my telephone isn't opening now.When i press power button it shows the image "Sony Ericsson" after it shows a:smileyalert: sign in a triangle in front of a telephone.When i connect my phone to pc the pc companion doesn't show Neo V it shows Sony ericsson phone but I cannot do anything please help me. Have you tried to repair the phone with PCC or SEUS?

I am going to get in on this discussion because I cannot find a Repair option for PCC--only an Upgrade option.  Where is the Repair option?

is the same button, click on install/update and that will repair your current firmware

What if I don't want to upgrade to ICS yet? Will I have that option, or can I only Repair if I submit to Upgrading too?
