If you have an SD card in the phone, try to remove it and try again.
If the problem persists, start your phone in safe mode to see if the problem may be related to any 3rd party app installed in your phone:

If the problem persists in safe mode I suggest that you repair the phone software using PC Companion:
http://www.sonymobile.com/update
In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phones software > "Repair phone".

Just went to the store where i bought my mobile phone. Probably had the phone on the 16th of december a update and broke my screen on the 17th of 18th. When I got my phone back the camera didn't work anymore. It is not possible that the camera broke down when the screen was repaired right?
Anyway: Since i repaired it by another shop then where i bought it, sony will probably say that i lost my guarantee.
Please, I hope someone will have a solution...
