camera software really is bad

i have been to sony showrooms and service centers to tell them the camera software is bad and asking  how can i contact software team to tell them 

here what sony showroom guys say : if the camera software is fixed for the phones how can sony will sell digital cameras because of cameraphones no one is buying digital camera anymore .

and here what service center guys told:yes we know it takes grainy pictures and they have no clue weather sony will fix this issue or not .

so here what i want to tell sony...... why keep digital cameras soo sony will make new expensive hardware like this one curved sensor for phones http://www.xperiablog.net/2014/06/13/sony-developing-curved-cmos-sensors-based-on-curvature-of-eye/ 

z1 camera hardware is already expensive but because of poor software its not producing what it can sony should know that people go buy other brands if they find sony phones has only number in megapixel with no good results  and in  reality people are switching to other brands and this and next generation is cameraphones not digital camera so get rid oh digital camera and fix the danm software for phones

my friend , we have only 2 options :

1- live with it 

2-switch to another brand 

and looks like sony forgot about the 769 firmware.

its so sad because of poor software sony phones are failing in camera they have the best design and hardware good looking ui but only camera they are failing each time and that is because of poor camera software

And unfortunately that's what I did last weekend, I sold my Z1 because of the camera and the Bluetooth issues and bought a Galaxy S5 and it's so much better with both things 😉

As for the Sony Xperia Z2, it is also a cameraphone that should not be underestimated. Thanks to its 20.7MP camera, it can capture beautiful, detailed photos in a variety of conditions. But stacked up against the LG G3, Sony's flagship phone is a step behind despite its advantage in megapixel count

only because the software is not fully utilize properly for the 20.7 hardware in day or low light z1 z1c z2 is failing everyday ruined the name cameraphone

With that said I'll probably go for a LG G4? or Lumia 930/1030? After this. My friends G2 took a picture at 13MP with was 4.1MB. While my 20MP was 4.7MB. Texture details were quite flat. Compressed much?

yes lots of processing and alot of compression if sony fixes this z1 z1c and z2 will be the god of cameraphones
