camera (PTP) problem

hi i install helium prgoram to back up my files from xperia sola to my new xperia z

the device must be connected to pc with usb cable

after that it wants to enable PTP mode

but when i tap "Camera (PTP)" it automatically go back to "Media Device (MTP)" mode

what should i do now ???

I have the same problem. 

But in my situation, phone - the same, sony xperia Z. After update 4.4.2 PTP has working.

But now, Helium ask me to switch PTP mode on.

I try to switch MTP to PTP, but this do not save! Help, please.
