Camera Problem

I have been using this phone since a month, after updating to 4.3, my camera is not working properly. Sometimes it gives a message like 'Error, Camera not available' and sometimes it works normally. It could be a software problem might be It couldn't have been installed properly. Guys please suggest what to do? I'm so upset Please reply

Try software repair

Its a software issue...it must solve after software repair

Keep in mind software repair will wipe all af your data on internall storage so backup if you want

I would suggest that you try to boot your phone into safe mode to see if the problem may be related to any 3rd party app that you have installed in your phone:

I have repaired the software yet the camera is giving error of not available...plus the battery keeps on discharging quickly even after all apps are closed and bluetooth and wifi connections are switched off....if it were a hardware issue then the battery should not be affected...apart from these 2 issues there is the issue of the proximity sensor...whenever i receive a missed call the red light besides the front camera turns on and wont turn off unless i call someone...

Please HELP me...
