my xperia j phone's camera dosent work. when i starts phone camera it shows message as '"camera not available" . even after i restarts my phone same message display.
The issue could be your SD card, try to store your pictures/videos on your internal storage and check again
also try this
settings > apps > all > camera > clear everything > restart your phone
